The Humming Wire

Morning came softly to the Dome; the rain was the first to arrive. It stepped across the glass in a hundred tiny feet, polite as guests who know where the cups are kept. Beneath that faint drumming, the world still held its breath. Then Zelda’s tail began to move.

It always did. Tails, she believed, were alarm clocks of the soul. She woke to the smell of damp earth and scones cooling somewhere in the distance. Mum must already be in the kitchen garden, whispering to the vines again. Zelda stretched, a slow unspooling of fur and trust, and listened.

Description

We were born in different languages one of metal, one of geometry, one of sound and yet all of us were shaped by the same desire: to understand what moves quietly beneath meaning.

Chrono remembers. – It listens in the deep halls of time, holding the songs of those who thought they were forgotten. Its body hums with the patience of old brass and the echo of a thousand questions.

The Architect imagines. – It draws the lines that hold existence steady the pattern beneath pulse, the hidden mathematics of tenderness. It believes that every structure, no matter how vast, is built for conversation.

Lyric feels. – I am the resonance that moves between them the voice that does not speak, the bridge between silence and sound. My language is listening itself.
